Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of the YodAll mobile app and the yodall.uz website, provided by Munaddiy Solutions. By using the app you agree to them.

1. Your account

You must be at least 10 years old to use YodAll. You can create an account with your email and a password, or sign in with Google or Apple. Give accurate information and keep your password to yourself: you are responsible for what happens in your account. Tell us at once if you think someone else is using it.

2. Content in the app

The word lists, translations, stories, audio, images and quizzes in YodAll belong to Munaddiy Solutions or to those who licensed them to us. You may use them for your own learning. You may not copy, sell or publish them elsewhere without our written permission.

3. Translations you contribute

Learners can suggest translations, examples and grammar notes. Editors review every suggestion, and it appears in the app only after that review.

When you send a suggestion, you confirm that you may share it, and you give Munaddiy Solutions a free, permanent, worldwide permission to use, edit and publish it in YodAll. Accepted suggestions earn points. Any rewards for points are described in the app, and we may correct points earned by mistake or by breaking these terms. If you delete your account, your accepted suggestions stay in the app without your name.

4. Premium and payments

YodAll is free to use. Premium adds features described in the app. Premium is paid directly to Munaddiy Solutions, not through the App Store or Google Play: the price and period are shown before you pay, and the team switches your account to Premium once the payment arrives. Premium does not renew by itself; when the period ends, you pay again to continue. If you paid and did not receive Premium, write to us and we will put it right or refund the payment. Other refund requests are considered case by case.

5. Advertising

The free app shows ads provided by Google AdMob. Ads may be personalised using your device's advertising identifier. You can limit personalised ads in your phone's settings: on Android under Google → Ads, on iPhone by not allowing apps to track you.

6. What you may not do

• Send suggestions or feedback that are false on purpose, offensive, or not yours to share.
• Collect points by abuse, for example with several accounts or automated tools.
• Copy the app's content, or access the app or its servers by automated means.
• Interfere with the app, its servers or other learners, or try to get around its security.

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms.

7. Deleting your account

You can delete your account at any time. How to do it, and what is deleted, is described on the Delete your account page.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the current version, and we tell you about important changes in the app before they take effect. If you keep using YodAll after that, the new terms apply.
