Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information YodAll collects, how it is used, and how you can control it. YodAll is provided by Munaddiy Solutions.

1. What we collect

Account: your name, your email and, if you sign in with Google or Apple, the name, email and (for Google) picture that service shares with us. If you choose to, also your age, profession and occupation.
Learning: your book and day, the state of each word, quiz results, points and streaks.
Voice: when you do a pronunciation exercise, the recording is sent to a speech recognition service to score it. We do not keep the recording.
Device: a device token for notifications, the device language and its time zone.
What you send us: translation suggestions, feedback and its rating.
Usage, crashes and ads: the app uses Google Firebase (Analytics, Crashlytics, Performance Monitoring) and Sentry to see which screens are used and to find errors, and Google AdMob to show ads. These services receive app events, crash reports, device and app details, and your device's advertising identifier.

2. How we use it

To run your account and keep your learning where you left it, on every device you sign in on.
To send notifications you can turn off in your phone's settings: study reminders, news about the app, replies to your feedback, and the outcome of your suggestions.
To review your suggestions and credit you with points.
To answer your feedback and support requests.
To fix errors and improve the app and its lessons.
To show ads.

We do not sell your personal information.

We share information only with services that run YodAll for us, and only what each one needs:

MongoDB Atlas and Amazon Web Services, which store our database and files.
Google Firebase, which delivers notifications and provides analytics, crash and performance reports.
Google Cloud Speech-to-Text and Google Gemini, which score pronunciation and help prepare learning content.
Sentry, which collects error reports.
Google AdMob, which shows ads.
Google and Apple, if you sign in with them.

Some of these services keep data on servers outside Uzbekistan. We also disclose information when the law requires it.

4. How long we keep it

We keep your information while your account exists. When you delete your account, or we act on a deletion request, we erase your profile, learning history, points, devices and feedback within 30 days. Translations and examples you contributed stay in the app without your name. Copies in our database backups are removed when those backups expire. Analytics, crash and advertising services keep their data under their own retention settings.

5. Your rights

You can see and change your information in the app. To delete your account and your information, see the Delete your account page.

You may also ask us for a copy of your information, ask us to correct it, or object to how we use it, under the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan "On Personal Data" and other laws that apply to you. Write to the email below; we answer within 30 days. You can limit personalised ads in your phone's settings.

6. Children

YodAll is for people aged 13 and over. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has an account, write to us and we will delete it.

7. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the current version, and we tell you about important changes in the app before they take effect.
